The Textures app is a reconstruction of a French baroque dance based on la Bouree de Basque. The other dancers are represented by the five Platonic Solids. The dance takes place in an room with a checkered floor with Moorish patterns on the walls, each having a different color scheme to assist with orientation. Each repeat in the music allows the viewer and partner Dodecahedron to remain stationary while the other dancers repeat the same movements.
