To place an increased emphasis on injury prevention, health and wellness, Amazon implemented a health and wellness program called WorkingWell (WW) – this program includes Associate-facing support, education and safety prevention initiatives. The WorkingWell mobile app helps users integrate health and wellness into their everyday lifestyle. By creating a mobile app, all the content formed from the various WorkingWell teams is consolidated and channeled in a way that all Associates and teams can benefit from. WorkingWell plans to expand its content to include much broader categories like nutrition, mental health, and other topics to enable access to this content available to users worldwide and engaging with the app is be fully voluntary.
